There are moments in this life when you don’t need another resource, another strategy, or another thing to “try”.

You need space.
You need to be heard.
You need someone who understands this life without you having to explain or justify it.

That’s what these sessions are for.

I don’t open up 1:1 support very often.

When I do, it’s because I know I have the capacity to hold the space properly – and right now, I’m opening a very limited number of sessions in March 2026.

  • holding things together on the outside while quietly falling apart inside
  • carrying guilt, anger, grief, resentment, exhaustion – often all at once
  • parenting a neurodivergent child and feeling like no one really sees what this takes from you

You’ve likely read the books. Followed the pages. Tried to do “all the right things”.

But there’s very little space for you in all of that.

And that matters.

What this 1:1 session is

This is a 45-minute private Zoom conversation with me – a parent-carer, neurodivergent mum, and someone who lives this life too.

It’s a space to:

  • pause and take a breath
  • reflect on where you’re at right now
  • gently untangle what feels most overwhelming
  • find clarity about what you need next
  • feel less alone in it all


The structure is grounded in my Reclaim Your Balance approach – nervous-system aware, realistic, compassionate, and designed for the life you’re actually living.

After the session, you’ll receive:

  • a recording of our conversation (available for 3 months)
  • a short written summary with key reflections and things you may want to come back to


Who this is for

This session is likely a good fit if:

  • you’re a parent or carer of a neurodivergent child
  • life feels relentless and emotionally demanding
  • you want space to talk without fixing, masking, or explaining
  • you value lived experience
  • you’re craving clarity, steadiness, or simply to be seen


It may not be right for you if:

  • you’re in acute crisis
  • you’re seeking therapy or clinical treatment
  • you’re looking for parenting strategies to manage your child’s behaviour

Why there are only 8 sessions

I’m opening just 8 sessions in March, very deliberately. This is about capacity – mine and yours. I only offer 1:1 support when I can do so with care, presence, and proper boundaries. Once these sessions are booked, there will be no further 1:1 availability during spring or summer.

These are the only sessions available and are booked on a first come, first served basis:

  • Wednesday 4 March – 10am UK time
  • Wednesday 4 March – 1pm UK time
  • Thursday 5 March – 11am UK time
  • Tuesday 10 March – 10am UK time
  • Tuesday 10 March – 1pm UK time
  • Thursday 12 March – 11am UK time
  • Tuesday 24 March – 11am UK time
  • Thursday 26 March – 11am UK time


Please only book if one of these times works for you. I’m unable to offer evening or weekend sessions due to family commitments.

A note on flexibility and boundaries

I understand how unpredictable life can be for families like ours. You may reschedule once, with at least 2 hours’ notice, subject to availability. This boundary isn’t about rigidity – it’s about making sure I can offer this support sustainably and fairly.
